Vegas events run big and expect a show. A live press station delivers both: unlimited full-color drops for a festival, exclusive residency graphics pressed nightly, and sponsor activations that turn convention traffic into worn impressions. On-demand printing means no freight of pre-printed stock hauled to the desert and hoping the sizes match.

How the tent works in Las Vegas

Every booking comes staffed by Merch Troop operators who handle setup, live pressing, and teardown. A single press station fits a 10x10 with a blank wall; we scale presses, crew, and power to your gate. We stage Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan fleece, Richardson 112 caps, and totes so the wall never runs short of sizes, and we build your artwork into transfer files before load-in. Las Vegas is outside our local Southern California radius, so a flat $900 travel fee applies; multi-day and multi-city runs are quoted together.
