Festival Merch Printing / Case Studies

Case studies

What a live tent looks like in the field.

A few composited snapshots of Merch Troop live-event tents — the planning, the setup, and how the crowd responded once the press fired.

Snapshots of how a live merch tent played out on the grounds. Details are composited from Merch Troop live-event work to show the shape of a typical booking — the planning, the setup, and what the crowd did once the press started firing.

Multi-stage weekend

Two-day music festival, ~9,000 daily gate

Three presses, a hat bar, and a daily exclusive drop. The "day two only" graphic drew a line before noon and the wall never ran short of mediums — the exact size that sells out first with pre-orders.

Sponsor booth

Beverage brand activation

A badge-scan-to-print flow gated a co-branded tee. Guests opted in, wore the logo the rest of the day, and the brand walked away with a clean impression count instead of a headcount.

Touring

Regional artist run, four stops

Art traveled as files, blanks were staged locally at each venue, and city-name exclusives ("night one") pressed on the spot. No freight, no leftover cases riding to the next room.

Street fest

Neighborhood beer festival

Commemorative tees plus a dozen brewery collab drops off one station. Every vendor got a moment on the wall, and a lighter-than-forecast crowd meant zero unsold inventory.
